We can also add rotating coordinate axes according to customer needs to process multi angle parts, cylindrical gears, camshafts, and other types of parts.
The rotating control panel can rotate 0-60 degrees, improving the convenience and visibility of operation.
High speed ATC
ATC is driven by a cam motor and reaches the position of the next tool in advance during operation, preparing for the execution of tool change instructions and minimizing non cutting time; The tool capacity is 24 tools {or 30 tools (optional)}, allowing for the use of a wider variety of Macs.
The precision sleeve type spindle is assembled with advanced precision P4 bearings, and the four walls of the spindle hole cone hole are thick and sturdy, which can minimize vibration at various cutting speeds and effectively improve cutting speed.
