The bed body has two or three overall guide rails to choose from, with surface medium frequency quenching, and can also be equipped with embedded steel structure for stability and durability. This series of Heavy Duty Horizontal Lathe spindle boxes adopts a through axis short axis two support structure, which has strong stability. The knife holder is frame type, and the left and right double vertical knife plates can be freely extended and retracted. The feed box adopts a double gear clearance structure, which has strong load-bearing capacity and rigid transmission. The tailstock is divided into upper and lower parts, and the movement of the tailstock and tailshaft, as well as the locking of the sleeve, are all automatically controlled, ensuring safety and reliability. In addition, the spacious walkway design makes operation extremely convenient.
